activism always was focused on creating accessible technology to help underprivileged communities. by overseeing the main product, marialis, i honed my ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that products not only met customer needs but also adhered to technical feasibility and scalability. My time as a product manager at a startup allowed me to wear many hats, from defining product roadmaps to collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product life cycles, and working closely with sales teams to drive product adoption.

i was involved in the creation of virtual reality (VR) environments for a variety of educational and training purposes. These projects encompass empathy training for law enforcement, interactive navigation for large events, educational tools for cybersecurity learning at the high school level, and immersive learning experiences for university-level chemistry courses. The development of these VR environments utilizes platforms like Unity and Amazon AWS Sumerian and involves programming in C++, C#, and Javascript. The focus was on using VR technology to enhance learning, training, and user experience in diverse fields.

as one of my projects focused on fighting human trafficking, i was chosen as the only student speaker during San luis obispo’s annual tedx conference. my talk focuses on using technology for social good through the lens of my personal experience as a young college woman.
